Mandy Degelsmith, Ph.D.

Mandy earned her doctorate in Educational Psychology from the University of Georgia. Her research involved understanding the importance of a sense of belonging to students' engagement, motivation to learn, and academic achievement. She has worked as a wilderness educator with Outward Bound, college professor, and school psychologist, and received coaching training through the Coaches Training Institute. Mandy specializes in developing women leaders and teams.

Mark has been working as a coach, facilitator and educator for more than 20 years. A former public relations consultant and magazine editor, he spent years working for Outward Bound throughout the United States. Mark received his Masters in Entrepreneurship from Western Carolina University and received coaching training with the Coaches Training Institute. He also is co-founder and former co-chair of the Asheville Coaches Alliance. Mark specializes in leadership and team development and has worked with executives and top managers from around the world.
